Terms and Conditions – BetPKR 8 Platform Rules & Policies

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BetPKR 8 ("betpkr 8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the betpkr 8 website located at betpkr8.bet and all associated services, games, sports betting products and promotional offers made available on or through the platform.

By accessing the betpkr 8 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the betpkr 8 platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and betpkr 8. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use betpkr 8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetPKR 8 does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, bet or play games under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must be using the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or using betpkr 8 services.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor or close family member of a betpkr 8 employee who has access to material non-public information about the platform's operations.

BetPKR 8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account and withhold all funds pending verification. If a player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned minus any winnings generated.

Each player may open and hold only one (1) account at betpkr 8. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym or another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified belonging to the same individual, betpkr 8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding bets or winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address and the payment method you intend to use. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify betpkr 8 promptly of any changes to your contact details.
• BetPKR 8 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts registered using another person's identity, stolen payment methods or fraudulent information will be immediately closed and reported to relevant authorities.
• BetPKR 8 does not accept registrations from individuals acting on behalf of a third party. You must only bet with your own funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betpkr 8 account login credentials, including your username and password. BetPKR 8 will not ask for your full password by email, SMS or any other channel outside of the login screen.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any bets, deposits or withdrawals made from your account — regardless of whether they were made by you or a third party who gained access — are your responsibility. BetPKR 8 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact betpkr 8 support immediately via live chat or email at support@betpkr8.bet.
• BetPKR 8 may temporarily lock an account it suspects has been compromised and require additional verification before reinstating access.
• Use a strong, unique password for your betpkr 8 account and do not reuse passwords from other platforms.

BetPKR 8 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions are processed in PKR and no currency conversion is required or applied. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• The minimum deposit at betpkr 8 is Rs 50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at betpkr 8's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your betpkr 8 account, is prohibited.
• All deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within the processing time of your chosen payment method. Betpkr 8 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Betpkr 8 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees — check with your provider before transacting.
• Deposits made as part of a promotional offer may be subject to the bonus terms described in Section 7.

Withdrawal requests at betpkr 8 are processed seven days a week. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 7 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are generally processed the same day depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at betpkr 8 is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal for standard accounts, though high-value withdrawals may require additional identity verification.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used to deposit unless betpkr 8 has approved an alternative at its sole discretion.
• BetPKR 8 does not charge withdrawal fees. If your payment provider charges receiving fees that is outside our control.
• Betpkr 8 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Any active bonus funds in your balance that have not completed wagering requirements will be removed from your balance before the withdrawal is processed.

BetPKR 8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback, accumulator boosts and free bet credits. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all betpkr 8 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed to satisfy wagering requirements must meet the minimum odds specified for that promotion. Bets placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, RNG slots 100% and live dealer card games 20%. The exact contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional offer may be active on your betpkr 8 account at any time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire after the period stated in that promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your balance automatically.
• Abuse: BetPKR 8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting or other promotional exploitation is detected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available to new players unless stated as a reload or loyalty offer. Betpkr 8 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

All sports bets placed at betpkr 8 are governed by the specific sport rules and market rules published on the platform at the time of placing. The following general sports betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted when betpkr 8 has confirmed the bet and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets are not valid until confirmed.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed when you add a selection to your bet slip are indicative. Betpkr 8 will notify you if odds change before confirmation and ask you to accept the new odds.
• Match Abandonment: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or voided after betting has commenced, betpkr 8 will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific sport rules. Generally, abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result is determined under the relevant governing body's rules.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to delays for fraud prevention. BetPKR 8 cannot guarantee that in-play odds will always be available. Live odds may be temporarily suspended during key moments of an event.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per bet at betpkr 8 are subject to market-specific limits which are displayed on the bet slip. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payable amount.
• Error Correction: Where odds are published in error (palpable errors), betpkr 8 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of settlement status. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed.

All casino games, slots and card games available at betpkr 8 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards dealt by professional dealers in a live studio environment.

• RNG Certification: All RNG games at betpkr 8 are independently tested to verify that outcomes are genuinely random and that stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected during a game round at betpkr 8, the game will complete according to its programmed logic. BetPKR 8 is not liable for losses caused by your internet connection failing during a game round.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, betpkr 8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

• Teen Patti and Card Game Variants: The specific rules for each Teen Patti variant (Classic, Joker, AK47, Muflis), Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger and other card games are displayed within the respective game interfaces. These rules are binding.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the betpkr 8 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of funds and/or permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating more than one betpkr 8 account.
• Using false, borrowed or stolen identity or payment information during registration or at any other time.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, fraud or any form of money laundering.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting or any systematic exploitation of betpkr 8 promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players at card game or poker tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing betpkr 8 staff or other players in any way.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute legitimate deposits.

• BetPKR 8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, delay or error at all times.
• Betpkr 8 is not responsible for any third-party content, services or payment systems accessed through or in connection with the platform.
• Where betpkr 8 identifies a palpable pricing or settlement error — including incorrectly quoted odds or an obvious technical malfunction in a game — we reserve the right to correct the error retroactively, including by voiding affected bets and recrediting stakes.
• Our total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of betpkr 8 services shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BetPKR 8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• The player's account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose betpkr 8 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, betpkr 8 may withhold any funds in the account as compensation for losses caused by the breach, subject to our right to pursue additional damages. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, betpkr 8 will return any legitimate balance to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betpkr 8 support. Any outstanding bonus funds will be cancelled upon voluntary closure. Real money balances above Rs 200 will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 7 business days.

BetPKR 8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — betpkr 8 will notify registered players via email or on-site notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the betpkr 8 platform after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betpkr 8's operating jurisdiction. By using the betpkr 8 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

We will investigate all formal complaints and respond within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our management team by requesting a formal escalation in writing.
